Shipping Policy

We do our best to try to produce 100% happy customers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

• Processing time: Most orders are processed in 1-7 business days, however some items have a different processing time as they are made once they are ordered.
• Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. We don’t accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Items that come in contact with bodily fluids (example: Smoking Pipe)
• Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started on your order yet, we will be happy to cancel it for you. Customized items can only be cancelled if the product has not reached the customization stage and can still be resold. Please note that items like dog tags, keychains, necklaces, and many other small items will be customized and shipped very quickly from purchase time. We try to get your order heading your way as quickly as possible, but that can make for a very short customization window.

We try to avoid cancellations after shipment if possible, but in the case that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to retrieve, refused delivery, or any and all issues included with delivery, we will first attempt to contact you to find the best resolution possible for the order.

• Reshipping costs: The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our end with shipping information.
• Cancellation refunds: The customer is responsible for shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund unless the issue with shipping info was our mistake. The refund will be made for the entire rest of the order that was shipped in the returned package unless it was a customized item. Customized items cannot be refunded as they cannot be resold. We will do everything possible to contact you for reshipping. Customized items after being held 60 days from return received date and then will be destroyed.
