I had (lost one of each) these earrings with peridot and sapphire basic stones in .40 and .45. The lab grown stones are a lot prettier, quite striking and mesmerizing. The post office decided to have their shenanigans, but after an e-mail with Joe, the earrings were back on their way to me. The extra cost for lab stones was worth it, the workmanship and presentation on arrival top notch, and will order more earrings later.
