this looks sick but it is so expensive why? trent asked on July 18, 2025

Hello Trent, Unfortunately currently as far as I know, these are only made for the military and small lots become available to civilians once in awhile. For these, the projectile makes up most of the cost you are seeing for the round. The penetrator is tungsten which probably makes for a good chunk of the cost as well. They are very rare and once in awhile you see they become available. Currently a live SLAP round sells for $100-120 each.
